Growth Marketing Lead

By automating manual prospecting, we help optimize workflows, ensuring a predictable and scalable sales pipeline—no wasted time, just results.
After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets.
About the role
We are entering a new phase where Marketing needs to become a predictable revenue engine. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own acquisition experiments across paid, organic and web conversion.
This is a critical role for Enginy. We do not yet know which inbound channels will scale best, so we are not looking for a narrow paid ads specialist or a pure SEO profile.
We are looking for someone who can test, learn, prioritize and scale the acquisition channels that generate qualified pipeline.
You'll own acquisition end-to-end:
Discovery → website → demo → opportunity → pipeline → ARR
What you'll own
Enginy's full acquisition roadmap — define channel bets, run experiments, scale what works, kill what doesn't
Paid acquisition hands-on: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting
SEO & GEO across Google and AI search — comparison pages, category pages, organic demand
The website as a conversion engine: visitor → demo → opportunity → pipeline
Landing pages, lead magnets and high-intent resources that drive qualified pipeline
Funnel reporting from traffic to pipeline (with RevOps)
About you
4–7+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen or acquisition
Hands-on across paid (LinkedIn / Google Ads) and organic
Strong SEO fundamentals and CRO mindset
Generated demos and pipeline — not just traffic or leads
Comfortable in HubSpot, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush
Strong plus experience in Saas companies
Bias for action, strong ownership
