We’re looking for an Talent Acquisition Specialist to work together with Talent Acquisition Manager to help scale the company and build strong partnership with stakeholders 

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Enginy, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across multiple functions and partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, manage recruitment processes end-to-end.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from kickoff to offer stage.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.

  • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fit for both skills and culture.

  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with the People team on hiring processes, interview frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives

About you

  • 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.

  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to influence using data.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Fluent English and Spanish.
